Our focus is on engineered high-performance thermoset elastomers.
We begin by working with customer to identify key physical and chemical properties required in application. These can include but are not limited to electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity or insulation, food contact or medical compatibility, chemical exposure, application temperature (high or low), UV exposure, and color.
Once a material formulation is identified and agreed upon, mechanical design inputs are submitted for consideration. These include compression/deflection forces, hardness, density, size, tolerance control, and part optimisation.
Inputs are given to the customer regarding production methods and cost optimization, including ideas for part cost reduction.
We then fabricate your extruded or molded article to the most exacting tolerances, reliability, and statistical standards.
